Please be advised that we are currently seeing lowered success rates when attempting to connect to Westpac Bank, which is preventing us from retrieving account data in approximately 15-20% of sessions.
Our initial review suggests that this may be the result of an issue in the bank's application, however we are continuing to investigate methods of resolving.

Please be advised that while success rates have risen overnight, we are continuing to experience intermittent issues connecting to Bendigo Bank this morning, which are preventing us from retrieving account data in some sessions.
This appears to be caused by an issue in the bank's application, but is not consistently affecting our bank sessions, as we are continuing to see successful sessions being processed.
We are continuing to monitor, in case action is required on our side to restore access.

Please be advised that have been experiencing ongoing issues connecting to Bendigo Bank across this morning, which are preventing us from retrieving account data in the majority of sessions.
This appears to be caused by an issue in the bank's application, but is not consistently affecting our bank sessions, as we are continuing to see a low volume of successful sessions being processed. The majority of affected sessions are currently returning the 50001 error code.
We are continuing to monitor, in case action is required on our side to restore access.
We will provide further updates at 3pm AEDT or when service is restored, whichever is sooner.

From illion: Please be advised that we have resolved the issue which was causing all login attempts for Bank of Queensland to fail with the 30002 error code. We can see that success rates have risen significantly following the implementation of our fix.
Note that we have identified a small number of follow-on issues that are intermittently affecting sessions - we will be investigating these and resolving when possible.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing issues connecting to Bank of Queensland to retrieve account and transaction data, following changes to their portal. Affected sessions are failing with the 30002 error code.
This issue is currently with our Dev team for investigation. We are currently working to gain access to a test account which will assist in troubleshooting and developing a change to resolve the issues.
We will provide further updates tomorrow (01/11) at 3pm AEDT.

NZBN overnight outage 6 November 2024 There will be an extended outage of the NZBN API and website from 6pm Wednesday 6 November 2024 to 6am Thursday 7 November 2024 as we update our systems to modernise the NZBN infrastructure.
The API will return errors during the outage. Service may be restored earlier than advised if work is completed ahead of schedule.
