Please be advised that CBA is slowly rolling out a new MFA system to their users. Sessions which encounter this new MFA process are currently failing with 30016 'No Account Parsed' errors. This is currently only occurring in 2-3% of CBA sessions.
We are aware of the changes, and are currently investigating methods of resolution. Please note that our test accounts have not yet been moved to the new MFA system, so we cannot provide an ETA for the resolution at this time.
We will provide further updates when possible.

We have identified that there is a degradation of service for Westpac Bank. Over the last 2 hours we have been experiencing an issue retrieving account data for some users.
Affected sessions are returning the 60006 error code. This issue was caused by a problem in the bank's application. Success rates have begun to climb again now, as it appears that the bank may have resolved the issue.
If success rates drop again, we will provide a further update at 4pm AEST.

Identified - From illion: Please be advised that we are currently seeing slightly lowered success rates when retrieving data from Commonwealth Bank. We are currently seeing two issues, which are preventing us from returning account data in approximately 10-15% of sessions.
The first issue relates specifically to Home Loan accounts, and is the result of some changes to the structure of the banks account pages. When this issue is encountered, we return no transactions in the BankStatements report data. We have a fix in testing currently, and expect to include this in Tuesday's deployment.
The second is an intermittent issue where we are unable to process data retrieved from the bank, which causes the session to fail. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue as a high priority.
We will provide further updates on 03/12/24, at 4pm AEDT.

Please be advised that we are currently seeing lowered success rates when attempting to connect to Westpac Bank, which is preventing us from retrieving account data in approximately 15-20% of sessions.
Our initial review suggests that this may be the result of an issue in the bank's application, however we are continuing to investigate methods of resolving.

Our Dev teams have deployed a fix to address the change made by the bank.
