Please be advised that CBA is slowly rolling out a new MFA system to their users. Sessions which encounter this new MFA process are currently failing with 30016 'No Account Parsed' errors. This is currently only occurring in 2-3% of CBA sessions.

We are aware of the changes, and are currently investigating methods of resolution.
Please note that our test accounts have not yet been moved to the new MFA system, so we cannot provide an ETA for the resolution at this time.

We will provide further updates when possible.
