From illion: Please be advised that we are currently seeing slightly lowered success rates when retrieving data from Commonwealth Bank. We are currently seeing two issues, which are preventing us from returning account data in approximately 10-15% of sessions.
The first issue relates specifically to Home Loan accounts, and is the result of some changes to the structure of the banks account pages. When this issue is encountered, we return no transactions in the BankStatements report data. We have a fix in testing currently, and expect to include this in Tuesday's deployment.
The second is an intermittent issue where we are unable to process data retrieved from the bank, which causes the session to fail. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue as a high priority.
