We have identified that there is a degradation of service for Westpac Bank. Over the last 2 hours we have been experiencing an issue retrieving account data for some users.
Affected sessions are returning the 60006 error code. This issue was caused by a problem in the bank's application. Success rates have begun to climb again now, as it appears that the bank may have resolved the issue.
If success rates drop again, we will provide a further update at 4pm AEST.
