We’d like to remind you about the upcoming scheduled maintenance that will temporarily affect the Kudosity platform.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 12 July 2026, and is expected to conclude by approximately 2:00am AEST on Monday, 13 July 2026.
During this maintenance window:
- You won’t be able to access the Kudosity platform. - You won’t be able to send messages or schedule new campaigns. - Any scheduled messages set to send during this window will not be delivered. - API integrations will not function during this period.
Please avoid scheduling messages within the maintenance window.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a secure, reliable and high-performing messaging experience. We are taking steps to minimise disruption and will restore full service as quickly as possible once the work is complete.
